I have been working at FedEx Office full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Nice co-workers, flexible work-life balance

Cons

Short staffed constantly, no more bonuses and tiny raises-FedEx has removed a lot of the enjoyment there used to be here. There are times when we get overwhelemed by the number of customers there are to serve compared to the number of staff available.

Advice to Management

Be more aware of employee's desires to learn and grow within the company

    Pros

    we get real good shipping rates.
    good benefits.

    Cons

    where should i start:
    pay could be much better.
    training sucks.
    quality of the machines we use are horrible.
    work hours constantly change.
    NNNNNOOOOOO room for growth.
    depressed workers, because of the company.
    work holidays, while fedex express and ground doesn't.
    NEVERRR listen to the team members point of view.
    CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT, AND I MEAN ALWAYSSS
    i could go on and on

    Advice to Management

    the CEO needs to stop listening to those focus groups and who ever he's listening about running the company and take a few hours from his golf game go in a few stores and listen to the each team members point of view, if the employees are happen the service will be much better, but then again who cares about happy employees fire you today and replace you in a FEW MINUTES
