I have been working at FedEx full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Talented peers, good work/life balance, challenging projects, fair compensation, and the opportunity to transition into other fields.

Cons

Being this large has its disadvantages such as the burdensome project approval processes, coordination problems, and politics.

Advice to Management

The culture is a positive one, but promotions should weigh performance, interpersonal skills, and how the job gets done more.
