Great Workout, Good managers, good pay for no higher education, Tuition Assistance!

Cons

Hard Work, If you not really to bust your ass, being a FedEx Package Handler is not meant for you.

    Pros

    company culture foster collaboration, team work, personal connection. Philosophy of serving customer best.

    Cons

    quite some overlap in projects/functions across various organizations. Management level can be too protective of its own org and lose the whole Picture. Tardiness in one team can cause costly delay in a big cross-functional project.

    open to the critics from other organization, improve the effiency of decision making and speed up implementation process
