No opinion of CEO

I worked at FedEx full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Fairly easy to get hired due to big turnover rate. Best insurance I have seen in a long time.

Cons

I seam to have been passed up over and over again due to being over 40. Takes about a year to qualify for the medical insurance. Wages were OK. Not the worst but surly not the best.

I worked at FedEx full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Decent pay and benefits plenty of flex on your schedule, ok upward mobility.

    Cons

They brag on how they never laid anyone off all the time, and its true they just offer you an impossible job in another state. Office politics are idiotic the higher you go. If you have a good upper manager then you are golden but if they don't like you they will give you jobs that force you to quit or go to another shift.

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring corrupt managers that abuse power and keep the ones that really care about the company.
