excellent company that is very well ran from a executive perspective. There's hierarchy, however, the company runs more linear than this so expect to see and be seen by your Director and VPs, etc. A ton of opportunities for growth and maximizing your career. And EXCELLENT benefits and support or parents, etc.
Cons
Compensation at base can be far better. Employees should have more say over the changes in their territory. Gamification is nice but let's leave the early 1980's telemarketing tactics in the past. Management needs to adapt to the new sales culture not hyper focus on old tactics like you're a door-to-door salesperson. Another con is that some managers are only managers because FedEx brought the company that previously employed them. There may be a change now, but before it was evident that a few managers were out of their element and disengaged in the daily activities of their team. Upper management needs to put more education and resources into developing better Sales Managers.
