Cons

The Information technology systems are a little outdated. There should be more opportunity for International communication. Blackberry phones should be replaced with IPhones to take advantage of better technology. Also, all laptops used for travel should be upgraded

Advice to Management

For most of my 15 year career with the government, I have been very impressed with the ethical, moral, and professional standards that Federal executives uphold. I also believe that the training and professional development offered far exceeds my expectations.
