    Pros

Federal Reserve Bank has a great benefits. It pays for education, BART, conferences, and training. Once a year upper management serves for free bank's employees in cafeteria. This event is called "Employee Appreciation". Free gym is inside the building where employees can do workout.

    Cons

Every thing in Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is slow. All new ideas should go though a lot of approvals.

    Advice to Management

Everything is great. Everything is perfect. It is a great place to work. I would advice to upper management to keep it like that.

    Pros

Benefits are excellent. It is not a stressful environment. A very slow environment. If you retire here you will get pension.

    Cons

If you are looking for growth in terms of position and achievements, it takes a long time to get recognized for.

    Advice to Management

minimize the politics and be real leaders. There are so many people who just want to be just chickens, they found a way how to push work on to others.
