Pros

Excellent company to build a career if you like it

Cons

Some management areas do not have any common sense and some of them like the HR and managers like to hear gossips

Advice to Management

General manager: ???? he believes he is friendly but as soon as you walk away from his office your manager call you for what you were talking with his boss. Discretional attitude and more straight attitude with everyone. They have so many preferencess in this company by convenience they say not but everybody knows it's true.

    I have been working at Fedex Express part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    fedex express is a good long term job.

    Cons

    low pay for package handler. the manager will tell you are guaranteed 17.5 hr being part-time but that a lie. if you bid on a job the manager have to approve it.

    Advice to Management

    appreciate your hard worker.

    I have been working at Fedex Express full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Comprehensive and good training programs to help newbies get off the ground. There is also multiple training and development programs for new managers to help in the first few years of leadership roles.

    Cons

    True to its People-Service-Profit philosophy, it values loyalty and tenure.That also means that the ones staying the longest may eventually be promoted. So, the system sometimes filters out the young and talented to progress the mediocre long-term employee.

    Advice to Management

    Be more open to external and younger talents for upper management positions to better compete in this evolving economic climate.
