    I worked at Fendi full-time

    Pros

Amazing headquarters, amazing company heritage. Very clean and exciting work environment. Pretty standard work hours. Get to travel to fashion shows and show rooms. This is one of the most prestigious Italian brands and it feels great to be a part of it!

    Cons

The workforce is very critical of each other and tend to not go along too well. There is no food at the office. The office is far from most residential districts of Rome.

    Advice to Management

The environment is too hierarchical... Take better care of the workforce and give them more responsibility. I saw some very skilled people doing very basic and repetitive day to day tasks, someone has to do them but more incentives and more responsibility should be given.

    Pros

The products are beautiful and it is an LVMH company.

    Cons

The company doesn't seem to know what direction they want to head in. There are always changes in many different directions. The pay was terrible for a luxury company. Most of the positions were part-time which meant long hours with the least desired shifts and no benefits for part-timers.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees what they're worth. Give them a better hourly instead of focusing so much on commission sales that only pay off in high-traffic stores.
