I worked at Ferguson Enterprises full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It can be a great opportunity...depending on the person.

    Cons

Poorly managed, If you come from better,Ferguson will make you long for the good ol' days. If your a recent college grad, then ferguson is a good place for college kids to learn "hard work" and "customer loyalty" (butt kissing). I came to Ferguson after retiring from the Navy, now I'm Navy Civil Service and I can honestly say ...Ferguson represented the lowest point in my life. Good luck on your job search!

    Advice to Management

My advice to management...make sure those that are promoted to management are actually qualified and not just sporting the title.
