There were some good people
Good learning opportunities
Great training program
Rotational program allows you to learn the business quickly
May get to visit headquarters and meet with executives
Salary is competitive and high for this industry

Cons

Culture at some branches can be toxic
People that have been at the company for a long time seem to be jaded and depressed

Advice to Management

Be willing to change things and listen to new ideas and fresh perspectives.

    steady pay and insurance benefits are good. opportunities are upcoming all the time.

    the company plays favoritism. If your black your in now. Do not join this Company. long hours and they want you to take comp time for overtime. Do not work for this company warning. you will begin to loose sleep, have no friends, no family. Do not join this company.

    Short commute, not much else.

    Cons

    Pry into employees personal lives, no communication between employees and management, often made to feel guilty about taking sick or personal time. Constantly reminded to work more time than compensated for.

    Advice to Management

    Management is bordering on ethical/illegal treatment of employees by asking too many personal questions. Unfair treatment of sales staff over rest of employees. Many dissatisfied employees.
