I worked at Ferguson Enterprises full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

the people are great, friendly, an easy atmosphere to work in.

    Cons

training appeared to be very good, but once out on the floor, you find out that there are big gaps and inconsistencies in expectations from lead, to supervisor, to manager.

    Advice to Management

if the manager says to slow down to work on a better error rate, then the supervisor shouldn't be telling those folks to speed up, and attempt to find better ways to improve speed. keep training consistant.
