    Pros

    None!!!!!! run the other way..

    Cons

Theres too much spoon stirring in the pot. They first lay you off saying theres cut backs.. You get laid off look to collect unemployment but they stopped it by calling you bak to work then to find they dropped your pay from 17.00 to 12. But its budget cuts but yet still they are having coparate luncheons and expensive trips off to other countries. They work you like a slave and then turn around and hire other drivers but they still ay you off. These are a bunch of projundice people who really dont care about ones livilyhood. Thely have no compassionate for no one but their wallets never mind the workers that are trying to survive. You continue to push the card about lay off's, but you are still hiring dirivers and not bold enough tosay to the person you are laying off you are to cheap to pay them what they are worth......

    Advice to Management

Conduct a undercover boss activities...If the management is fair in wanting to help their company soar. Start looking at the workers who are physically working hard for you..To have to install appliance and then deliver pipes, etc... then you turn around give them you butt to kiss. That’s BAD customer services internally....Be up front with your intentions. Have one set person managing the warehouse staff rather than someone that could not do the job gloat about stuff. You hire part time workers??? Do you even need them? That’s a lost of money as well. Why lay off workers who have given you plenty years.. that money you paying out can be channeled to help those who you are forcing out the door. This company is bad news. I would not buy nothing nor would I refer any one.

    Cons

Lot's of hours, no real established training program

    Advice to Management

Lay it on the table when you're hiring process is a gamble and the candidate's job hinges on whether or not the industry is going to bounce back.
