      Pros

      Normally there is a good balance work/ private life and they give to their employees a box with Ferrero products for Christmas and Easter

      Cons

      Inexperienced and stupid managers named because of their family/ sex/ age and not because of their skills. Too many meetings with no results !!!

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
