      Fantastic people and work culture, great work life balance, a lot of autonomy to run your desk how you like. Amazing location & friendly management.

      Cons

      They give you a lot of autonomy to run your desk how you want, but you have to take accountability if you don't bill. People who are used to a highly structured environment may struggle here.

      Get away with murder once you're billing.

      Cons

      Support from anywhere in the business if you need it is non existent. If you don't join without a book of clients ready to go then you'll be left to sink.
