Pros

Good benefits, it's very unlikely that you would ever be laid off or fired. Friendly people. Very good work life balance, most people leave by 5.

Cons

Very political environment. Raises and promotions are often not merit-based but more about who you know and how well you play to your manager. There is little differentiation between top, average, and low performers.

    Advice to Management

Well, it starts at that top. Abby doesn't know what she's doing, but she's the founder's daughter. So, there you go. She COULD surround herself by people that know what's they're doing, but she doesn't. She surrounds herself with incompetents. I have never seen a company where they higher you go in management the less you know, but rest assured, you're lower level management is equally clueless. It's a horrible place to work and even worse for investing your money.
