I have been working at Fidelity Investments full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, paid training and they pay for your licensing.

    Cons

The company promotes reps into management and most of the reps should not be in management. The managers aren't required to have a college degree and are more of trading specialist rather than managers. If you get stuck with a bad manager your career development is shattered.

    Advice to Management

Stop promoting the best traders into management and start looking at the ability to lead and manage a team as the people to promote.
