I have been working at Fidelity Investments full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

benefits, profit sharing, company match, office locations, co-works, development and growth, leadership is improving and listening more to their associates

Cons

The pay in the two departments have been mediocre considering the amount and level of work required for the job.

Advice to Management

increase pay and continue listening to your lower-level associates

I worked at Fidelity Investments full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Insurance and benefits, flexible time off, series 7 training program

    Cons

One person grades all your calls, the metrics of handle time can be tough to meet if someone isn't knowledgeable on investing, advancement potential limited, more of who you know than what you know. A phone is a phone whether you are in service or a specialty team.

    Advice to Management

Differentiate salary starting out so people with bachelor's degrees, master's, etc. aren't offered same salary as someone with no prior business or investing background. This creates turnover of qualified employees. Have more thorough interviews to find people who would work well in diverse groups.
