I worked at Fidelity Investments full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great reputation with solid financials to support the company. Good ethics.

    Cons

Too many layers and too difficult to get things done. Also, too many people in upper managment are more concerned about the status quo than thinking outside the box. Effectively, the company makes money by sheer inertia not because of creative thinking on the part of management.

    Advice to Management

With respect to upper management, you adhere to the Peter Principal. Shame on you.
