    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Fidelity Investments full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Company has good benefits, good work life balance, and is still privately owned

    Cons

The majority of middle and senior management basically just talk about stuff and are great at producing nice presentations. The majority of people are like sheep and do not want to speak up.

    Advice to Management

Hire people with skills and stop talking about stuff we are going to do down the road. Produce some real accomplishments and report accurately on the results.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Fidelity Investments full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Profit sharing, retirement benefits, many departments for lateral moves, low stress, respectful culture

    Cons

Constant reorganization, no appetite to take on risks more focused on to till the line and not rock the boat, lacks passion, staff is not very intellectual, when they want to remove someone from a position, them demote them instead of laying off which is humiliating

    Advice to Management

Stick with an organization design and commit to it.
