I worked at Fidelity Investments full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Decent facilities to work in.

    Cons

Antiquated technology. Are not employee centric. Bogged down in corporate waste. Micromanagers. No automation. Unorganized. Uncaring. Child like management skills. Completely out of touch with their client base, the well being and needs or their employees, automated processes, modern corporate culture and technology. Limited Telecommuting.

    Advice to Management

Wake up and smell what is going on in the world, with your employees, automation and technology. Care about your employees. Get rid of the corporate waste. Use telecommuting as a tool, instead of being frightened by it.
