Pros

Benefits. Health care is great. Fitness reimbursement and computer reimbursement.

Cons

Its hard to fire people so management can be awful in the Branches.

Advice to Management

To much favoritism, not based on performance of branch managers.

I worked at Fidelity Investments full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits, nice campus, education to get license is great and they pay you to study which is almost unprecedented in the industry

    Cons

No room to grow or opportunities to get out of call center, pay is lousy and the bonuses are based on customer experience surveys that are usually confusing to the customer ending in a bad bonus, unqualified people everywhere and managers usually don't know whats going on with current products, trade support always blames rep, no support whatsoever....Get license and leave if you can. Not a good work/life balance.

    Advice to Management

Create a better bonus payout scale, create more time for off phone time because taking 60 calls a day non stop is stressful and exhausting for the current pay, keep managers up to date with current products so they can offer support to their traders,
