    Pros

Good benefits, decent salary. Good training.

    Cons

No matter how you slice it, you are working in a CALL CENTER. This means you will be micromanaged, treated like a child, and forced to work overtime because the firm refuses to staff properly during tax season. You can choose the flavor of calls you want (i.e. trading, advisory, service, retirements) but at the end of the day its still just about AHT, ACW, and the same old call center crap.

    Advice to Management

Get with the 90's-rotate reps between inbound calls and email/chat functions.

    Pros

Fidelity has a great benefits. Technology just okay. many old applications and technology are still exists,

    Cons

layoff many experience workers and rehiring no-experience with associate level. I don't know if this is a good strategy, but it happened. so your work loads will be heavier and harder to handle. Plus you have to train the non-experience person. you will feel very stressful and demanding are very high in there.
