    Pros

Great technology, smart people and good communication in a collaborative working environment. Brought in some strong outside talent to keep things fresh.

    Cons

Did not appreciate those who had been there a long time. Constant reorganizing. Expensive New York talent lasted a year or less. Seems to have lost original vision.

    Advice to Management

Try to recruit a successor to Mr. Johnson who has the vison and clout to get things done. Keep stability among the senior ranks and stick to one course. Keep investing in technology
