    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The benefits are amazing, the work environment is great and lots of good people to work with - very sharing and helpful.

    Cons

There is no work/life balance. Workload is so heavy that I was never able to go on vacation without taking my laptop. Forget about taking a day off - the blackberry chirped constantly. Hundreds of emails daily and keeping up with everything was nearly impossilbe.

    Advice to Management

Let's ask all of our stakeholders if a program is right for the majority before we launch it! Every time something got lauched there was a problem. Can we think it through before we move forward? Delays are embarrassing after you've told the clients about the latest and greatest widget that's not available when we said it would be.
