Pros

Time off whenever wanted or needed as long as you have the time to take. Close relationships. Can be laid back.

Cons

Raises only once a year. Close relationships, I listed this as a pro but can be a con also. Promotions to favorites.

Advice to Management

Get rid of dead weight, seperate professional life from personal.
