I worked at Fidelity National Financial full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Good benefits, great Management Team, opportunities to grow professionally and move to other positions within the Company.

    Cons

Downtown location. The vacation time off for years of service should be updated to keep in line with other large companies.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing to continue being the best in the business.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Fidelity National Financial full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

depending on your manager you can have a great experience—-flexible hours, interesting work, kind people. Also a good stock program.

    Cons

Antiquated corporate culture that results in a horrible benefits package (no paid maternity leave, little vacation, low pay compared to the market rate, little bonuses.)

    Advice to Management

If you want to hold on to female attorneys, get with the program and implement a better maternity leave. Also, if you want to retain attorneys long term offer substantive growth and higher pay.
