I worked at Fifth Third part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Pay, great co-workers and customers

    Cons

Sales quotas were too high, they force you to hound customers to open new accounts. If a person has a negative balance in their checking account, do I really need to harass them to open a savings account??????

    Advice to Management

Ease up on hard sell of accounts, people may be more prone to open one without all the pushy sales techniques.
