      The technology is impressive. As a startup you generally self-govern

      No ideas or direction from leadership, seems like everyone hates each other. 1 to 1s are generally for talking behind everyone else’s back. Lot of careerism without any community feel aspect. Constant changes gives low job security. They sold a dream during my interviews
