    Pros

Get to wear shorts and sneakers to work. Lots of spiffs if you know the right people.

    Cons

Relocation. Why do you want someone to move somewhere that they don't know anyone. I know why so they can work 6 days a week and have no life.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to communicate. Stop wasting money on constantly changing processes like the scheduling system and pay your people for their hard work. $300 million in the bank.
