Co workers were great when I was there, Christmas dinner at a nice restaurant. Pizza every two weeks.
Cons
They tried to put a bandaid on the toxic Management with food. This job was very demanding and if you don't meet the call quota, you were made to feel like garbage. One of the managers would bring her dog into the office and it would bark while we were on phone calls. Any little mistake would get you pulled into her office and berated. I was made to feel like a complete idiot at this job while having to see/read traumatic photos and police narratives of auto accidents. The fire departments can be awful with notation which makes cases into Rubik's cubes; each one was different from the last. Fire recovery is essentially what happens before the claims go to collections so lots of phonecalls with unhappy people. Overall the work life balance sucked and I would recommend everyone stay far away. You're better off working at McDonalds.
