    Pros

    Great benefits and growth opportunities. Ongoing education reimbursement. Great management. The company is stable

    Cons

    Long hours and deartment is not sufficiently staffed for the workload demand.

    Advice to Management

    Salaries should be more competitive and in line with the industry. Projects should be properly resourced and more time should be allotted to complete projects.

    I’m going to have to decline, thanks.

    Cons

    Software sales people would outright lie to get new customers leaving everyone else to clean up their mess. Senior management are all numbers, no communication skills at all! SMS leadership is confrontational based on their assumptions that are in no way grounded in reality of daily operations. The only things SMS can efficiently do anymore are suck all the morale out of the air, and mass layoffs to bring in cheap, unqualified worker bees.

    Advice to Management

    “People First” is a complete lie and you know it!
