Pros

Great product, employee teams that care, and vast resources. Good benefits and a generally pleasant atmosphere.

Cons

3 years of no raises despite stellar reviews, Senior Management that thinks its ok to reduce workers pay by 5-10% every year for 90-120 days, then give it back as if it was a raise, no promotion opportunities, uneven application of performance standards, and no recognition outside of your immediate management team.

Advice to Management

You going to lose smart, talented, and eager workers to companies that treat employees as a resource. Recognize talent and treat them like you want them to stay.

    Pros

Name recognition can help when you move on. Some good people working there, about half know what they are doing.

    Cons

Upper management doesn't seem to have much contact with lower level employees, so they have little knowledge of how things work.

    Advice to Management

Take the time to listen to the lower level employees; they are the people who have the most contact with your actual customers.
