    Pros

    Great people, relaxed but busy atmosphere. Hybrid work model, really nice offices in downtown location. Promote from within.

    Cons

    No separate sick time, just PTO time.

    Pros

    It's a job. Work from home a couple of days per week. FTO for salaried employees.

    Cons

    Diversity-there is none. You can count on one hand the number of POC supervisors/coordinators/managers/directors/VPs. Depending on who you know and if you smoke, you can be hired in as a senior manager with ONE reporting employee, know NOTHING about merchant services and get promoted to Director in less than 6 months over people who have been here for 15+ years, doing the job. Can WFH two days a week but if you're off any day, you get none. WFH days can not be consecutive days. Raises are a joke as well as bonuses are non-existent for hourly employees. The only people who make it to the executive level are children of the those currently in executive positions.
