Pros

None, Zero, Zip, Nada, Nothing

Cons

The workplace "culture" is one of ignoring sound safety principles and OSHA regulations all for the sake of pushing out products. If something does go wrong the first thing that happens is they look for someone to blame all while ensuring the actual responsible party is never held accountable, especially if it is a manager. The Director of HR cares more about their car (never loses an opportunity to gloat about it) than they do about any of the employees or their needs. The insurance offered is an off-brand scam of a company that is not accepted by the majority of health care providers. There is NO 401k matching, NO raises, NO bonuses of any kind. The company is on credit hold with all of their suppliers and vendors because they refuse to pay their bills yet they expect employees to go find new vendors to replace the ones that have taken them to collections. All in all, this is a horrible company to work for. Management claims to have an "open door" policy but it is only to find a reason to fire you for complaining. Do not apply to work here or you will very quickly find yourself trying to run away as fast as possible lest you are injured or maimed as a result of their lack of safety. That is if they don't blame some problem on you and terminate you.

Pros

Very talented team members and well-known reputable brand names and products to work with in the aftermarket automotive industry. Over 20 aftermarket automotive brands were owned by FBG. At one point before 2026, very large customer base to work. Opportunities with customers were unlimited when product was available. Many opportunities to work with a variety of departments and collaboration amongst peers all over the globe.

Cons

Corrupt ownership. Unethical. Immoral. Poor leadership. Poor health insurance offerings with very high deductibles. No 401 K matching program. Little to no raises. Almost no career advancement. Lies about inventory and payments being made.
