Used to be great, now lacking - Operations First Community Mortgage Employee Review

Management all needs overhauled. Use to be a great place to work 2+ years ago. Sales run the show and sales & management will throw you under the bus. Alot of turnover here lately. Layoffs every year and been in a raise freeze for 2 years yet they keep hiring. Lack of training and promotions unless you're in the "management circle".
