      Pros

      good training in technical recruiting, decent clients

      Cons

      base salary is too low per industry standards, not a lot of incentive to make placements based on commission structure, upper management does not care about how employees feel day-to-day, rather how long lunch breaks are. Even while I am making multiple placements per month, there is no bonus/talks of a raise

      Few things from my personal experience are - - Reachability - Ontime payroll process - Cooperative staff and management - Diligent paperwork and coordination for H1B amendments/renewal

      Cons

      While interactions and meetings within the operations teams and management are regular occurrences, taking the time to periodically connect with tech employees can provide additional value and comfort to them. Just a thought!
