No opinion of CEO

Pros

Good benefits, good schedule (if you don't mind the occasional Saturday), good job for working moms or people who want a "job" and not a challenging career.

Cons

low pay for the industry, not much room for growth, lots of favortism by upper management and can be very boring and repetive.

Advice to Management

Stop playing favorites, just because someone has been with the company for a long time does not make them a good employee.

    Pros

The environment is great. the people are great...I would say it is a good place overall.

    Cons

In order to get promoted I will have to move on in a few years...I will stay here to learn a few things and move on to earl the salary and position that I deserve.

    Advice to Management

Not a whole lot of advise to give here.
