    Pros

I had a great immeadiate boss. The casual work envirnonment was a huge plus. Good benefits with a stable company as well.

    Cons

Salary was a little low for what I believe could be paid. When I received an offer from another employeer that was about a 20% raise I was hoping to be offered something to stay. I doubt I would have stayed for less than 10% but it would have been nice to at least have them offer 5%.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Approves of CEO

    Pros

There is a lot of opportunity to learn and expand your knowledge base.

    Cons

Compensation and acknowledgement of required work for the business is inadequate. A good worker is not valued as much as they should be, talk is valued over action and accomplishment.

    Advice to Management

Mid-level management positions are often used for retention of knowledge instead of the ability to manage.
