I have been working at Fiserv full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Nice work life balance
Less work pressure compared to service or banking industry
Can get enough time for self improvement
Lot of domain related products to learn

    Cons

    Don't expect challenging role
You have to learn it yourself
Less increment and no bonus compared to service and banking industry

    Advice to Management

Nice place for experienced people. Not much challenging role as the products are already established in the market. Yes you get the chance to learn the domain. Less client interaction, you do not get a chance to interact with the end user. The work is mostly towards maintenance of existing products rather than new developments. So no new things. Work life balance is really good. Being a product company there is not much delivery pressure to client. Overall it will be a mixed experience and it depends from person to person based on their priorities.
