I have been working at Fiserv full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Solid company and solid project pipeline.

    Benefits.

    Cons

Voyager Core product is difficult to gain knowledge on the technical details. (Better know how to use ILSpy / .Net Reflector / .Net Resharper).

Internal red-tape to communicate with other staff members in different divisions.

    Distributed staff.

Insufficient use of the business analyst role.

Project Managers clueless and careless about important technical details.

Focus more on... "Is it done yet?" versus quality.

    Silos. Not yet "One Fiserv".

    Overloaded team members.

    Advice to Management

Establish and implement an industry recognized Software Development Life Cycle.

    Communicate.

Review prior project success and failures. Teach project management to utilize and heed lessons learned.
