Going to a Hub model. Company is telling people if they are not in a hub location they either need to relocate or take a severance package and find another job. This creates a negative work environment, trust is lost, and now we may have mass attrition. The amount of talent and knowledge they will let walk out the door because they are hung up on everyone being in the office will hurt Fiserv. Clients will lose connections they have had for years. Ramping up new people takes a tremendous amount of time and resources. This is a terrible idea.

Pay is decent, great team mates
Cons
New CEO is ravaging the company from inside out. Layoffs, frozen job postings, and revoking all WFH privileges.
