Pros

They have nice buildings to work out of and benefits are ok...better if you manage to make a manager/director level position.

Cons

Ever since FirstData bought out Fiserv (don't be fooled by the term "merger"..this was not a "merger" at all), the executive leadership for this company is a dumpster fire...from the CEO down. Employees are now a commodity where prior to FirstData, you actually felt valued. One can only hope that the board of directors recognizes this at some point and brings back Jeff Yabuki. Where many companies are now seeing the benefit of remote workforce, Fiserv is stepping backwards and requiring work from work...ironic after the last couple years it was clearly demonstrated that Fiserv can actually excel in a remote work environment.
