      The company has decent benefits

      Hot environment, no breaks, unprofessional managers. The company has no plans for employees and does not give raises. Only a certain type of race and/or ethnicity has a future within company.

      Benefits immediately When good partners on Your crew its great job.

      Cons

      Negativity towards hard work ethic. Negativity towards progressively seeking to learn to make advancement opportunities. No training, 2-3 guys know everything and aren't teaching anything (tell you, ask 2 many questions, just be a laborman and learn by watching overtime). Wish I could have introduced him to swimming by watching then thrown in.
