    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Five Acres full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Values most of their employees

    Cons

Great company in general, but they do not value the expertise of their clinicians

    Advice to Management

You could probably slow the high overturn in clinicians and build a better, more stable and valuable clinical foundation if you could streamline the documentation requirements and allow more time for clinicians to work with clients.
