I worked at Five Acres full-time (More than a year)

Pros

5 Acres Residential Treatment Center offered the best possible training during my MFT internship. 5 Acres was the most ethical agency I have ever worked for and I am very proud of the work of the clinical team. Upper Management provided strong support to the MFT and MSW interns. Great pay, amazing team building, and the clients made the work so meaningful. 5 Acres raises the bar for solid integrity of an agency, valued staff, and a hard working and collaborative board of directors.

Cons

I honestly don't have anything to write in this section.

Advice to Management

A BIG THANK YOU to JoAnne, Regina, Bob, Donna, and Chanel.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Five Acres full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

We help children and see there smiles, and help them become higher functioning individuals.

    Cons

we could have more training surrounding team building, and educate the staff on how to treat each child with respect rather than shaming, moral is low, rumors are spread about upper management having sexual affairs while on the job,

    Advice to Management

Learn how to be a team leader, and manage your team with respect and you will get better results. This is not a highschool.
