I have been working at Five Guys Burgers & Fries part-time (More than a year)

Pros

Free food
tips
Depending on the General Manager, easy to text a lot

Cons

A lot of ex-cons work there. A pro if you are an ex con though
Still fighting for a yearly raise
Hard work, especially when it gets busy and if you work on grill

Advice to Management

You need to give the employees a raise so there isn't so much laziness. It would boost morale because people would actually care about their job.

I worked at Five Guys Burgers & Fries part-time

    Pros

Job can be fun sometimes depending on who is you're working with for your shift.

    Cons

Work can be hard sometimes, being under staffed at lunch or night kills, managers can be jerks

    Advice to Management

Don't treat your employees like they are highly replaceable tools and keep them happy. If they're happy ticket times and regulations will be made.
