High level of multitasking. If you are wired for switching tasks and being willing to take what needs to be done, you will do just fine

The job was flexible and the benefits were nice.

Flagship has upper management that acted better than everyone else. There is a lot of unnecessary drama as well. If you want to feel like you're in middle school again, this is the job for you. Also, there's no room to grow.
