Poor company to work for - Sales Representative FleetPartners Employee Review

No training when you start so you get set up to fail. HR are not there to support employees instead worst HR team ever Leadership team are unsupportive and don't know how to treat staff well. Don't get treated fairly unless you are part of the clicky group who are disrespectful people Pay is poor for the work and hours you need to put in When there are complaints none of the Managers want to support you they ignore your request for help This was the worst 8months of my career and I regret applying at this company.
