Good Bonus Plan compare to others
Cons
Resources are pretty much from the factory line and they are very passive and out of common sense. Had to manage from very basic small thing that any human can do easily. If you are looking for a good and smart team members, this is a wrong place to go.

You get spread thin, must be able to wear a lot of hats with a smile on your face. Raises are comical.
